MANAGERIAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS TRAINING
The Project Managers are to ensure that all the relevant Managers Day/Night Manager, Relief Manager and Office
admin personnel are adequately trained. All training identified and completed will be recorded on a Training Register.
Training requirements identified through Evaluation and Performance Appraises Procedure. Employees from the
historically disadvantaged population groups, with high career potential, a career and succession plan must be generated prior to engaging in development activities. The costs of such training programmes must be reflected in the company’s annual training and development budget.
SERVICE RATES
We offer competitive rates that do not compromise service delivery due to unreasonable low pricing. We believe
effective delivery should be commensurate with fair costing that will ensure excellent service even under extreme situations. Our clients however, enjoy discounts in deserving situations especially pertaining to medium and large

We make sure that all our radios are fully operational and present at all times on our site including a Base Radio
if it needed.

are fully operational and present on site at all times
Vehicles
Bonny M Group has a fleet of 10 branded patrolling vehicles, one Toyota Quantum for staff posting/deploying
& 5 VIP or bodyguards vehicle (BMW, Audi & Golf 6).
